Curated Joy

Hello, my name is Chelle Diederich, and this is a list of things that love.

Glamentic Nails

If you have ever given me a compliment on my nails, you know I'm so quick to tell you that they are press-ons from Glamnetic. It is a woman-owned brand making some fabulous fake nails. They are a little more expensive than the traditional ones that you would find in the store, and its because they are better. And make sure you snag the brush on nail glue to help them last longer.

Ryze Mushroom Coffee

Yes, I am on the mushroom coffee trend. I feel like I make enough anxiety on my own, I don't need to be drinking cold brewed anxiety every morning wondering why my brain and my body can't sit still. I think the mushroom coffee is help to even out my energy and give me a little hint of caffeine without the jitters my cold brew used to give me. Does it taste like dirt? Slightly. In an oddly enjoyable sort of way.

Seed Probiotic

I'm increasingly fascinated by gut health and ways that I can support my gut. In additional to my 30 plants a week, I take Seed probiotic every morning. There is some science into the design of the capsule that helps make sure that the good stuff in Seed actually makes it to your gut (please let them tell you more about it in more accurate terms). Here's what I can tell you: I feel better, my adult acne is much better, and I can notice a difference when I don't take it regularly.

Velvet Irons golf fashion

I am in the process of becoming a golf girlie. No, I don't think I'll ever be playing WPGA. I aspire to be a decent scramble partner and have some fun on the course. And look cute of course! As a tall lady, sometimes finding clothing can be a bit of a challenge. Velvet Irons has been so intentional with their designs, keeping real women in mind with each and every piece. And that is fashion I can appreciate.
